This on-site position involves delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients during labor, delivery, and the postpartum period, all within a mission-driven and patient-centered atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Conduct maternal and fetal assessments to ensure the health and safety of both mother and baby. Monitor fetal well-being throughout the labor process. Administer medications and IV treatments as required. Assist in deliveries and manage emergency situations effectively. Provide education and support to families during their experience. Document all relevant information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). Qualifications and Requirements Current Registered Nurse license. Experience in labor and delivery preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
