Community Association Manager

Portfolio Community Association Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bradenton, FL. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential community associations, including enforcing community rules and regulations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and managing vendor relationships. The Community Association Manager facilitates board meetings, prepares agendas and meeting materials, and provides guidance to board members on policies, budgets, and long-term planning. This position also handles resident communication, responds to inquiries and concerns, and ensures timely follow-up and resolution. The role includes overseeing financial processes such as reviewing invoices, assisting with budget preparation, monitoring expenses, and supporting the collection of assessments. The Community Association Manager maintains accurate records, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with applicable laws, governing documents, and company standards. Qualifications Experience in property or community association management, with the ability to oversee day-to-day operations and support boards and residents effectively Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple communities, tasks, deadlines, and priorities Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with boards, residents, vendors, and internal teams Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and property management systems or databases Ability to interpret and apply governing documents, policies, and applicable state and local regulations Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills when handling resident issues and community concerns Comfort working on-site, conducting property inspections, and coordinating maintenance and vendor activities High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation Prior experience working with homeowners associations or condominiums is preferred Relevant certification (such as CAM license in Florida or equivalent) or willingness to obtain, plus a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr ProCare Association Management
