If you thrive in environments where you earn your seat at the table through results and relationships, this role is for you.Role SummaryThe Human Resources Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the full spectrum of HR functions across a geographically dispersed, multi-rooftop dealership operation. This leader will shape how Campers Inn RV attracts, develops, and retains talent — building best-in-class practices from recruitment and onboarding through performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, workers' compensation, and separation. The HR Manager will have the latitude to structure and evolve the HR team to meet the organization's needs, while operating as a hands-on partner to operations leaders across the business.This is not a role for someone who needs a fully built playbook or a culture that defers to HR by default.
