About the Role As a Finance & Accounting Executive Recruiter, you will operate a true full-desk recruiting practice, building long-term relationships with both clients and executive-level finance professionals. You'll partner with organizations ranging from private equity-backed companies and founder-led businesses to Fortune 500 organizations, helping them identify and attract top Finance and Accounting talent. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial recruiter who enjoys developing business, cultivating relationships, and delivering exceptional search outcomes while having the support, resources, and brand recognition of a nationally respected firm. What You'll Do Build and grow lasting client relationships through business development and exceptional service. Lead retained and contingent executive search engagements from inception through completion. Recruit and place Finance & Accounting professionals, including CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors, Accounting Managers, FP&A leaders, Treasury professionals, Internal Audit leaders, and other executive-level finance talent. Develop and maintain a robust network of executive candidates and client relationships. Consult with clients on market trends, compensation, organizational structure, and hiring strategy. Deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates throughout every search. What We're Looking For Experience in Finance & Accounting recruiting or executive search. Proven success developing client relationships and managing recruiting engagements. Strong business development and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping clients and candidates succeed.
