Job Purpose

Technicians in our Quality Control department inspect, take apart, touch up, and package our puzzles for sale. Quality control at Liberty Puzzles is a large and evolving department, with opportunities for advancement. Hours are 9AM - 5PM M-F.

This position is for our factory location at 6175 Longbow Drive, Boulder, CO 80301 .

What You'll Be Doing

• Carefully inspecting finished puzzles for cutting quality, print alignment, and overall craftsmanship
• Disassembling puzzles that do not meet quality standards and identifying the cause of any defects
• Performing hands-on touch-up work to correct minor imperfections before puzzles are approved for sale
• Reassembling and packaging approved puzzles accurately and securely for shipment
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout each shift
• Communicating recurring quality issues to teammates and supervisors to support continuous improvement
• Meeting daily production and quality benchmarks while maintaining attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• No prior quality control experience required. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to repetitive, hands-on tasks
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing fine motor tasks
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, as this role requires consistent in-person presence at our Boulder factory
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn new techniques as the department evolves

Compensation

This position pays $20.00 per hour.
