An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeTen or more years’ experience in construction project management and related functions.Experience managing construction projects (typically $10M+), or multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong background in self-perform construction, with hands-on understanding of how work is put in placeExperience with concrete, steel, masonry, or similar core building systemsConfidence managing financials, including change orders, budgets, and contract considerationsProven ability to lead teams across multiple sites or scopesStrong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholdersA field-first mindset—you prefer being where the work is happeningAbility to mentor and develop others, especially early-career project team membersNice to HaveExperience working directly with craft labor and self-perform crewsBackground in estimating or preconstructionExperience negotiating contracts and managing commercial riskExperience supporting campus-style or multi-phase projectsFamiliarity with industrial or mission-critical environmentsUnsolicited CorrespondenceThe Boldt Group and its subsidiaries engage recruiting agencies exclusively through our Enterprise Support Talent Acquisition team and only when a valid, Boldt approved agreement is in place.
