LTC/SNF RN (Registered Nurse) in New Lisbon, WI - Contract

Registered Nurse – Travel Position Location: New Lisbon, WI. Specialty: Long‑Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF). Position Type: Travel – Contract for 13 weeks. Pay: $1,795 – $2,163 per week. Shift: 5x8 evenings. Responsibilities Timely communication with physicians, families, and others regarding significant changes in resident condition. Completing all applicable resident assessments. Administering medication following the 5 Rights. Performing wound care and assessments as needed. Assisting CNAs with answering call lights. Monitoring residents for changes in condition. Acting as a leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed. Reporting any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator. Maintaining accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting. Performing other duties as requested. Qualifications Two‑year degree in nursing (four‑year degree preferred). Current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license. Current CPR/BLS certification.
