POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Product Manager will join the Communications, Media & Technology (CM&T) group to lead the modernization of AI/ML models during an enterprise SOM migration. Operating at the intersection of Enterprise AI, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Data & Analytics teams, this role is responsible for driving product roadmap execution, tracking model health, and mitigating delivery risks to ensure AI initiatives align directly with core business objectives.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap and delivery timelines across cross-functional engineering, data science, and business teams.
- Monitor AI/ML model health and performance metrics (e.g., accuracy, precision, recall, Population Stability Index / PSI), acceptance criteria, and overall launch readiness.
- Gather complex technical requirements and align stakeholders across business, data science, and analytics units.
- Drive risk, dependency, defect, and critical path management to eliminate delivery bottlenecks during the SOM migration.
- Support AutoML and Feature Store initiatives, including pilot planning, execution, cross-functional testing, and release coordination.
- Synthesize technical concepts into executive-level status updates, risk reports, and PMO communications assessing business impact.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Product Management (Roadmap ownership, prioritization, requirements gathering) 5+ years
- Machine Learning & AI Lifecycle (Model validation, performance metrics, monitoring) 5+ years
- Agent Lifecycle Management & Execution (Release coordination, UAT, risk management) 5+ years
- Data Analytics (Data-driven product management, metrics evaluation, analytics workflows) 5+ years
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience supporting AutoML and Feature Store implementation
- CMT (Communications, Media & Technology) industry domain exposure
- Experience with large-scale data platform migrations and AI system integrations
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- An experienced Technical Product Manager with deep subject matter expertise in AI/ML model lifecycles and data-driven platform products. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, bridging the gap between technical data science teams and executive leadership while maintaining tight control over roadmap execution and delivery risks.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and drive the AI product roadmap, priorities, and cross-functional delivery timelines.
- Monitor AI/ML model health, tracking validation metrics including accuracy, precision, recall, and Population Stability Index (PSI).
- Gather and translate technical requirements across engineering, data science, and business leadership.
- Support strategic AI initiatives including AutoML, Feature Store pilots, UAT, and production release activities.
- Prepare executive status reports, risk assessments, and PMO communications to ensure alignment on business impact.
