Role Description

In‑House Counsel – Commercial & Compliance

REV LNG LLC | Victor, NY

We’re hiring an In‑House Counsel to support commercial contracting, HR/compliance, and internal legal operations. This is a business-facing, non-litigation role focused on transactional, advisory, and risk management work, partnering closely with leadership and commercial teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience, ideally from a law firm (junior/mid-level associate)
• Strong commercial contracts background
• Experience in energy, oil & gas, or industrial environments preferred
• Interest in moving in-house into a hands-on operational role

What You’ll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
• Advise on HR/employment and compliance matters
• Support internal policies, SOPs, and risk management initiatives

This role is ideal for an associate looking to transition into an in-house, business-focused legal position with broad exposure to operations.
