As a full-time remote Product Design Lead, the successful candidate will drive design strategy, mentor team members, and oversee the execution of design projects across various platforms. Key responsibilities Leading design initiatives and ensuring alignment with product goals Mentoring and coaching design team members to enhance their skills and performance Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions Required qualifications Proven experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing design work Experience in leading design teams and managing design processes Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
