Job Details: \n
\n• Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week) serving a largely migrant and Latino community\n
\n• Clinic hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM\n
\n• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination\n
\n• Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants dedicated to translation and patient care\n
\n• Develop and manage your own patient panel with focus on underserved populations\n
\n• Participate in team-based approach to comprehensive pediatric care\n
\n• Must complete ACGME/AOA-accredited Pediatric Residency program\n
\n• Experience with community health or underserved patient populations preferred\n
\n• Malpractice insurance coverage provided (no tail coverage needed)\n
\n• Visa assistance available for J1 Waiver and H1B\n
\n• Optional 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala\n
\n• $30,000 hiring bonus and $20,000 relocation allowance available\n
\n• $2,000 monthly resident stipend starting after contract signing\n
