Requirements

• Required certification: BMT
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; Must have MS and inpatient hematology oncology experience (1 year minimum); Must have current specialty experience within the 3 most recent years with at least 1 year current for clinical pass 2. Cases: Must have experience with Leukemia/Blood Dyscrasias, Lymphoma/Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma (HARD STOPS) 3. Certifications: BLS required; Chemo certification (ONS/ONCC) required; ACLS preferred 4. License: Valid compact or stat
