Seeking a hands-on Digital Growth Marketing Specialist, this freelance role will manage LinkedIn growth initiatives focused on app installs, B2B lead generation, and pipeline development while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, managing paid media spend and performance Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B prospecting, creating targeted messaging sequences and maintaining prospect lists Establish campaign structures and reporting processes, providing regular updates on results and recommended actions Required qualifications Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Campaign Manager, and Sales Navigator Hands-on experience in B2B demand generation and lead generation Strong knowledge of audience segmentation and campaign optimization Ability to write clear and compelling campaign messaging Strong analytical and project management skills Virtual Vocations Inc
