Are you a catering sales professional who knows how to hunt for business, build relationships, and turn one order into a long-term account?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Catering Sales & Events Lead to take ownership of catering sales across multiple restaurant locations and build a significant book of repeat business.

Strong base salary + performance-based bonus/commission — top performers can earn $100K+

This is NOT a passive account-management position. We are looking for someone who enjoys prospecting, networking, making calls, getting out in the market, closing business, and building relationships that drive revenue.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will own the catering sales pipeline across four restaurant locations , with the goal of making catering a major and growing revenue stream.

Your focus will be:

• Generate new catering business through outbound sales and local prospecting
• Build relationships with businesses, schools, universities, medical offices, apartment communities, sports teams, event planners, nonprofits and other organizations
• Make sales calls, emails, in-person visits and sample drops
• Conduct tastings and catering presentations
• Develop repeat business from existing catering customers
• Build relationships with office managers, HR teams, administrative professionals, coaches, event planners and local business owners
• Create quotes and close catering opportunities
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up relentlessly
• Work closely with restaurant General Managers and store teams to ensure successful execution
• Identify opportunities to increase average order value through add-ons and upgraded packages
• Represent the brand at networking events, community events, campus events and local business functions
