Mister Quik Home Services is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Indianapolis team.

\n

This is not your typical customer service job.

\n

\n

Yes, you'll talk with customers. Yes, you'll answer phones and schedule appointments. But you'll also help coordinate technicians, solve problems in real time, make decisions, recover opportunities, and help keep a fast-moving home services company running every day.

What You'll Be Doing\n

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Helping customers by phone, text, email, and web
\n
• Booking service appointments and following up with customers
\n
• Coordinating technician schedules and adjusting the daily service board
\n
• Moving appointments forward when earlier availability opens
\n
• Solving scheduling and customer-service problems as they happen
\n
• Supporting technicians in the field and helping remove roadblocks
\n
• Following up on unsold opportunities and unbooked calls
\n
• Making customer satisfaction calls after completed work
\n
• Helping customers understand financing and payment options
\n
• Handling membership questions, renewals, and enrollments
\n
• Collecting payments and assisting with accounts receivable follow-up
\n
• Coordinating cancellations, warranties, callbacks, and service-recovery situations
\n
• Working with managers, field supervisors, technicians, and vendors
\n
• Keeping customer information and documentation accurate
\n
• Requesting reviews from happy customers
\n

\n

What We're Looking For\n

Experience in customer service, dispatch, call centers, scheduling, hospitality, sales support, or other fast-paced environments is helpful.

\n

\n

But experience alone isn't what we're hiring for.

The Details\n

Pay: Up to $30/hour

\n

Schedule: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch

\n

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46268 — in person

\n

Our business gets busy. During peak seasons (winter and summer), mandatory overtime may be required, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays based on customer demand.
