Customer Service Coordinator

Direct Hire | Northwest Indianapolis | Up to $30/hr ($63,000/year)

We're seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support customers, coordinate service appointments, and work closely with field technicians to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced role that combines customer service, scheduling, dispatching, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and web channels
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Support technicians with routing, scheduling updates, and job-related information
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience
• Process payments, maintain account records, and document customer interactions
• Assist with customer retention efforts, membership renewals, and review requests
• Generate reports and provide general administrative support

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, scheduling, call center, or coordination roles
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computer systems and data entry
• Positive, customer-focused approach

Preferred Experience

• Dispatching or route scheduling
• Service industry environment
• Call center experience
• Customer retention or account support

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM
• Overtime required as business needs dictate, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $63,000.00 per year
