Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Assistant General Manager in Red Oak, TX, you will:

• Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant, ensuring top-notch service quality and food standards.
• Lead and mentor both FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) teams to achieve their best.
• Monitor and optimize financial performance, including labor costs, food costs, and budgets, while maintaining profitability.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with health and safety standards.
• Cultivate a work culture rooted in hospitality, accountability, and teamwork, upholding company standards at every turn.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to guest inquiries and service recovery situations, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
