Join KGSO as a customer-facing Business Development Manager driving revenue growth and market expansion for repair and calibration services for test and measurement equipment and related professional services. Own upfront sales and renewal growth in partnership with Sales, service delivery, and key stakeholders.

Success requires technical-services acumen, consultative selling, executive presence, disciplined pipeline execution, and frequent travel across the Americas.

• Own the full opportunity lifecycle from prospecting, discovery, and qualification through value positioning, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Build account-based and/or services-based growth plans, expand relationships within strategic customers, and identify cross-sell and service-expansion opportunities
• Deliver order and renewal targets through pipeline generation, opportunity progression, CRM discipline, and forecast accuracy
• Translate customer needs into differentiated value propositions and commercially viable service solutions
• Lead executive customer engagements, account reviews, industry events, and internal deal strategy sessions
• Mobilize Sales, Services, Business Operations, Procurement, Legal, and Planning to remove barriers and accelerate closure
• Travel frequently across the Americas to develop opportunities and strengthen strategic customer relationships

8+ years of relevant marketing, business development, sales, and/or service and support experience in test and measurement or an adjacent technical industry.

Demonstrated exceptional ability in the following areas:

• Proven record of revenue growth, target attainment, and complex or enterprise sales execution
• Repair and calibration services experience preferred; professional services familiarity desirable
• Consultative selling, executive relationship management, negotiation, and compelling presentation skills
• Account planning, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting using Salesforce and analytical tools
• Commercial and financial acumen with strong project management and cross-functional leadership
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across the Americas
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

California pay range: MIN $119,960.00- MAX $199,930.00
