Qualifications Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy. Commitment to ongoing education and advanced certifications is encouraged and supported. Licenses and Certifications Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
