Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design unique therapy strategies to facilitate their functional recovery
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care
Document Progress and Adjust Care: Monitor patient development and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring consistent progress
A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
A genuine passion for helping people attain their fullest potential of independence
Strong creative problem-solving abilities to cater to diverse needs
