Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a Sports Health and Mobility Center, open to travelers with 1+ years experience and first-time travelers. Requirements Active WI state license required (license required if applicable) BLS certification required Bachelor's degree or higher required Minimum 12 months of core experience in outpatient PT, with recent experience within the last year Skills in manual therapy, exercise, mechanical traction, LiteGait, patient education, and pain neuroscience required Vestibular training, dry needling, and blood flow restriction experience preferred One professional reference required, dated within the last year, from a Supervisor, Manager, or Director Candidate's middle name/initial, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN required for consideration Responsibilities Outpatient rehabilitation setting within a Sports Health and Mobility Center Patient population ranges from adolescents (approximately 5% of caseload) to geriatrics, including general orthopedics, low back pain, hip and knee pain, post-surgical, falls, work-based injuries, and general neuro cases Caseload of approximately 10 patients per 8-hour day 8-hour day shifts (40 hrs/week), with flexibility for 4x10-hour shifts; staying until 1730 required a few days per week if working 8-hour shifts No weekend rotation and no call requirements Holiday coverage required for 50% of holidays in contract, or every other holiday; clinic closed on holidays but open evenings and the day after Possible floating to Michigan outpatient PT location for those holding an MI license, with about 30 minutes advance notice EPIC EMR preferred Work alongside other PTs, 2-3 PTAs, onsite/phone-accessible manager or supervisor, schedulers, and a multidisciplinary team including OT and SLP Equipment used includes hand weights, resistance bands, resistance machines, aerobic equipment, bikes, steps, and treadmills Orientation is 1-3 days based on comfort level Business casual attire required Free parking available Up to 7 days of time off can be approved during the assignment Open to first-time travelers and those with 1+ years of experience No radius restrictions; local candidates accepted at the same rate Former employees of the health system or its subsidiaries must have been separated for at least 12 months before becoming eligible for a travel assignment Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Job ID: P-759118 Open Positions: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
