1. Job Summary: Determine eligibility for Programs including interviewing, customers face-to-face or by telephone in Agency of Community site. Performing follow-up case changes. Handling sensitive information in compliance with HIPPA and Confidentiality laws. Servicing residents in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy of benefit distributions.

   • Utilizing DSS computer systems to obtain and enter customer information.
   • Communicate with customers (written and verbal)
   • Determine eligibility for Programs
   • Request, review and process documents.
