Senior Contract Administrator

We have a publicly traded Biotech company in Redwood City, CA seeking a Contracts Administrator to start ASAP! Key Responsibilities Distribute contract requests and assign agreements, including coordination with international legal teams Generate contracts using established templates Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle (CDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor/consulting agreements) Serve as subject matter expert for the CLM system (Conga required) : Configure templates Build reports and dashboards Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and support scalability Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and Finance Train stakeholders on contracting processes, templates, and system usage Track KPIs, support audit readiness, and contribute to risk mitigation strategies Act as liaison between Legal, IT, and external vendors for CLM system enhancements Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree or certifications a plus) 3–5+ years of contract administration or legal operations experience Hands‑on experience with Conga CLM (required) Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and legal principles Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and process improvementsExcellent project management and organizational skills Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Data‑driven mindset with experience reporting on performance metrics Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments Background in system implementations, enterprise rollouts, or template harmonization Certifications in Legal Operations, Six Sigma, or Project Management (PMP) #J-18808-Ljbffr Nortia Staffing - Human Resources, Accounting and Administrative Staffing
