Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft individualized therapy plans aimed at achieving their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers in therapy methods that foster continued progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment strategies as needed to keep patients on their journey to recovery.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Opportunities for continuing education and post-graduate certifications are highly encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
