ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2019 and has grown into a small but close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent eight years in appliance sales before a recruiter from State Farm reached out and set me on this path. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Enterprise Management and German, and I've been married for 10 years with four kids who keep life full and fun. We're actively involved in our community-my husband coaches soccer, we donate to local schools, adopt families during the holidays, and even bring a Grinch costume to spread cheer around Christmas time.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Amanda Spencer - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
