Job Description We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and develop a high-performing team. This role is critical to maintaining efficient operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting SouthernCarlson’s commitment to exceptional service. What You’ll Do Oversee daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, picking, stocking, staging, and inventory movement Supervise, schedule, and assign work to warehouse team members to ensure productivity and accuracy. This includes managing the routes for delivery drivers Coordinate and manage physical inventory counts and cycle counts Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA standards, and DOT regulations Review and manage work orders, purchase orders, and inventory reports Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Provide coaching, performance feedback, and direction to warehouse employees Partner with regional leadership to identify and implement process improvements Perform additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience managing a warehouse or distribution operation Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills Experience with inventory control and warehouse reporting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer-focused mindset with proven team leadership experience Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Forklift experience preferred High school diploma or GED required Why You’ll Love It Here Competitive Compensation – Base salary Collaborative Family Culture – Team-first environment built on trust and respect Career Growth Opportunities – We promote from within and support long-term success Comprehensive Benefits: 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holidays All offers are contingent on a successful background check and drug screening.
