Key Responsibilities Define and evolve the technical architecture for Compliance Risk Technology, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business strategy. Lead modernization initiatives across Employee Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, and Surveillance platforms, adopting cloud (AWS), microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions, integrating CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development, security, and operations teams, fostering best practices and continuous improvement. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to enhance compliance monitoring, data analytics, and risk management capabilities. Requirements 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience in financial services, with a focus on compliance and risk technology. Deep expertise in AWS services, microservices design, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., OCC, FINRA, GDPR) and their impact on technology architecture. Proven ability to lead large‑scale modernization projects and influence senior stakeholders.
