Overview

Insight Global Consulting is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution and expansion of a large-scale managed services engagement supporting AI-powered robotics and spatial intelligence development.

This role serves as the senior operational leader responsible for delivery across field operations, annotation operations, logistics, staffing, quality assurance, and program governance. The Delivery Lead will guide the program from pilot implementation through expansion into 16+ metropolitan regions while serving as the primary strategic partner to executive stakeholders. The individual will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence as the organization scales from an initial pilot workforce to a distributed network of more than 150 operators supporting critical AI training and spatial intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Own delivery health across all operational workstreams including field operations, annotation, quality assurance, staffing, logistics, and program governance.

• Lead daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.

• Oversee expansion efforts as operations scale from pilot deployment into a multi-market North American operation.

• Provide leadership and direction to Operational Project Managers, Team Leads, QA leadership, and Project Coordinators.

• Drive workforce planning, staffing strategy, operational budgeting, and capacity forecasting.

• Monitor program performance across productivity, quality, utilization, staffing, delivery, and operational risk metrics.

• Establish scalable delivery frameworks supporting long-term growth and future expansion initiatives.

• Partner with engineering, research, and operations stakeholders to support changing business and data collection requirements.

• Lead executive communications, escalations, strategic planning discussions, and continuous improvement efforts.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• Experience leading large-scale operations, managed services, field services, logistics programs, workforce programs, or technical delivery organizations.

• Experience supporting multi-site or distributed operational teams.

• Strong executive communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, forecasting, reporting, and workforce planning.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience building scalable operational processes and organizational structures. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading AI, robotics, autonomous systems, mapping, geospatial, data operations, or AR/VR programs.

• Experience scaling organizations from pilot environments into large operational deployments.

• Experience within MSP, BPO, consulting, outsourcing, or managed service delivery models.

• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related operational leadership certifications.
