Job Details
The Ravine Club is a Dodgers-loving sports bar and restaurant opening this fall in Echo Park, steps from Dodger Stadium. Our floor runs QSR-style: fast, high-volume and built for game days. We're looking for FOH SUPPORT staff who can do it all on the floor: making sure guests are having a great time, answering menu questions, running food, clearing and resetting tables, taking orders and processing payments when required.

$20-$23/hour plus tips (pooled)

Primary Requirements
- 1+ years experience in a fast-paced FOH role (running, bussing, counter service, or serving);
- Ability to move fast and stay organized during a full-house rush;
- Comfortable multitasking across running, bussing, and guest service in the same shift;
- Basic point-of-sale skills (we run SpotOn);
- Physical stamina for a high-volume floor, including carrying loaded trays;
- A team-first attitude -- this is a fast room and everyone covers everyone; and
- Availability to work nights, weekends and Dodger home games (including some day games).
Primary Responsibilities
- Runs food from kitchen to table quickly and accurately, confirming orders and allergies at the pass;
- Buses and resets tables promptly to keep seating available during peak volume;
- Refills water and beverages and checks in on tables proactively;
- Takes orders and assists guests with menu questions;
- Communicates with kitchen and bar staff to flag delays, 86'd items, or special requests;
- Keeps FOH stations, service areas, and walkways clean and stocked throughout shift;
- Supports opening and closing side work as assigned; and
- Handles transactions accurately, including check presentation and closing.
Work Environment
- Involves standing and walking for the entire shift;
- Involves reaching, bending, and carrying loaded trays and bus tubs;
- Involves lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds with frequency; and
- High-noise, high-energy environment, especially during televised games.
