Senior Data Engineer: Genomics Cloud Pipelines
Nationwide Children's Hospital
Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain production ETL/ELT pipelines and a data lake, turning genomics, clinical, and imaging data into reliable datasets for scientific discovery. Deep hands-on AWS—Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, Lake Formation—and advanced Python, data modeling/SQL, and IaC are essential.
You will lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and operate in a HIPAA/NIST 800-171–compliant environment.
