Sales Director

As our sales director, you'll be responsible managing seven sites and their managers, building client relationships, developing new clients, build knowledge of our products including our engineered technical specs, train and develop the sales team, hold teams accountable for hitting sales and production numbers, hire and train managers and senior level staff.

Job Responsibilities
- Build and develop sales managers
- Attract and develop interest in products and services
- Set KPI's and hit numbers
- Set goals to ensure that sales quotas are met by the sales team
- Maintain current client relationships
- Participate in product engineering and provide clients input in new product development
- Coaching and developing sales teams
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Business experience in automotive or motorized equipment sales a plus
- Managing sales managers
- Minimum of 10 years in sales and sales leadership roles
- Superior written and spoken communication abilities
- Sales management experience
- Business Development experience
