Facility Advisor

Overview Job Summary — Provides technical support, guidance and advice to senior facility representative, facility representatives, associate facility representatives and user groups. Responsibilities Provide the highest level of technical expertise to internal and external customers Ensure compliance with applicable company, government and regulatory requirements Collaborate with teams in projects that involve extensive cooperation and coordination between multiple departments across the enterprise or with external customers Prepare written and/or verbal presentations or proposals on highly complex issues and deliver to a broad variety of audiences Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Desired Skills Facility Maintenance experience Vendor management experience Project management experience Low/Med/High voltage knowledge Basic HVAC, Plumbing, Fire systems knowledge Material handling experience Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Good human relations and communication skills Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in construction, architecture or engineering. Minimum Experience Six (6) years related experience in construction architecture or engineering. Preferred Qualifications Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors.
