About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in our skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. If you love helping seniors regain their mobility, independence, and quality of life, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

•  Evaluate and treat residents in subacute and long term care setting with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions

•  Develop personalized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, ADL performance, and functional mobility

•  Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and speech therapists

•  Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner using our electronic medical records system

•  Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences as needed

•  Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive team environment

•  Supervise COTAs as needed

•  Report directly to the Director of Rehabilitation

What We’re Looking For

•  Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of New Jersey (or eligible to obtain)

•  New grads welcome! We provide excellent mentorship and training

•  Previous experience in SNF, long-term care, or geriatrics is a plus

•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•  Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team

•  Compassionate, positive attitude with a genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ lives
