Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- 4+ years of project management experience.
- Significant manufacturing/operations experience – REQUIRED.
- Experience leading multiple cross-functional and/or inter-site projects.
- Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, budget/resource management, risk management, and reporting.
- Proficiency with project management software and MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint.
- PMP/project management certification or formal PM training preferred.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Medical device or regulated-industry experience preferred.
