Project Executive

Executive Assistant Mission Financial Planners, LLC is seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. Responsibilities include: Handle phone calls, take messages, and manage incoming communications. Schedule staff meetings, reserve conference rooms, and arrange catering as needed. Prepare and process invoices, reports, and memoranda. Schedule appointments and maintain an accurate appointment calendar. Maintain physical and electronic filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of documents. Support senior management with day‑to‑day administrative tasks and confidential information. Qualifications and skills: Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive with strong time‑management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with electronic filing, spreadsheets, and office software. Experience handling confidential information and providing executive support. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation: $77,000 annually; Full‑time. Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
