Listen to our latest podcast, from Dreamers to Disruptors, and follow us at @Medidata.About the Team:As the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Study Experience, you will work closely with the Study Experience team and the full Medidata product marketing team to drive awareness, sales materials, and thought leadership across multiple offerings in this market-leading portfolio within Medidata and Dassault Systèmes. This role will be responsible for managing the tactical execution and completion of product marketing activities. This position works with the product development team, product marketers, and global and demand marketing and sales enablement to develop and communicate go-to-market plans, develop value propositions by persona and sales segment, and position products in the marketplace that demonstrate the value of Medidata's Study Experience capabilities. To thrive in this role, it will be essential that you're equally comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders, including product teams that span the Medidata and Dassault portfolios, Market Research and Competitive Intelligence, Offering Management, Professional Services, Sales, and Marketing.The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a fast-growing organization within the clinical trials space, with a focus on the future of AI in life sciences. The candidate should also be a self-starter who can strategize and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Support the development and execution of Study Experience solutions go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement materials, internal and external communication materials, promotional activities, evidence of value, and other deliverables, as appropriateCollaborate with product, professional services, sales, and marketing teams to develop value propositions and key messages, based on a robust understanding of solutions, customer needs, and competitive differentiationCollaborate with marketing teams to deliver a strong value prop and messaging that helps Medidata create separation between us and the competitionPartner with sales and professional services to secure testimonials and proof pointsIncorporate competitive and market intelligence into the analysis required to arm the field against the competition and highlight our market strengthConceive and create thought leadership and educational content to broaden the awareness and understanding of the Data Experience, including the development of abstracts to earn speaking engagements at industry conferences and presentations at those eventsLeverage approved AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of sales and marketing materials, and ideate and execute ways to use AI to support other teams in their sales and marketing activitiesQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Data Sciences, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 8 years of related experience, ideally with knowledge and experience in the healthcare and life sciences industryThis position requires both creative and analytical skills, as well as the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts for maximum understandingGood go-to-market development, presentation, collaboration, and communication skills, and the ability to build solid working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the businessStrong writing and editorial skills, and proven content creation experienceAbility to partner cross-functionally with product, professional services, sales, marketing, and offering management to enable strong market readiness and successful adoption and traction of products in the marketExperience in designing and executing marketing and communications programsSelf-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional mannerAs with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location.• The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the NYC Metro Area is 114,750 -153,000.• The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the California Bay Area is 121,500 -162,000.• The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the Boston Metro Area is 113,250 - 151,000.• The salary range for positions that will be physically based in Texas or Ohio is 101,250 -135,000.• The salary range for positions that will be physically based in all other locations within the United States is 102,750 - 137,000.Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
