Vice President of Key Accounts

Owning and managing a personal origination pipeline, the remote Vice President of Key Account Acquisitions will serve as the primary advisor to prospective clients, guiding them through the ground lease buyout process while achieving defined origination targets. Key responsibilities Manage personal origination pipeline from initial engagement to executed closing Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, advising them throughout the buyout process Evaluate opportunities and structure preliminary terms with property owners while contributing to strategic initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 4+ years of B2C sales experience Natural sales talent with strong business acumen and exceptional negotiation skills Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close Familiarity with real estate closing processes and finance concepts such as IRR and NPV Experience in renewable energy, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, or land acquisition
