Job Requirements A passion for helping seniors A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written Ability to work every other weekend Job Responsibilities Include Responsible for planning, organizing, and developing the housekeeping department in accordance with state and local guidelines while assuring the highest degree of quality resident care at all times Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and developing hourly staff as well as investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
