The posted compensation range of $47.86 - $90.42 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

Same Day Surgery Gig Harbor

As our Registered Nurse Certified (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. • Adheres to the department's and hospital's policies and procedures, including safety, risk management and regulatory standards. Keeps abreast of trends, developments and regulatory requirements impacting matters within designated scope of responsibility.
• Administers, oversees and documents the administration of medications (e.g., topically, orally, intramuscularly, subcutaneously and intravenously) as ordered by the healthcare practitioner and in accordance with hospital policy.

Required

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing., upon hire and
• Completion of an approved or
• minimum of one year previous OR experience. and
• Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days and
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months and

Preferred

• Bachelors Of Science Nursing and One year of related work experience in an acute care setting, upon hire and
• If assigned to the Gig Harbor Same Day Surgery (SDS) facility, related work experience in a free-standing surgery center
• Certified Nurse Operating Room, upon hire
