HR Specialist

We are hiring an HR Coordinator / HR Specialist to join a growing company in the Cypress area! This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and enjoys being involved in the full employee lifecycle. What You’ll Do: Manage new hire onboarding and employee orientation Process and maintain I-9s and E-Verify Utilize ADP Workforce Now for onboarding and employee records Assist with employee relations and day-to-day HR questions Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and documentation Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance Partner with managers and employees to ensure a positive employee experience Assist with other HR projects and administrative responsibilities as needed What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of hands-on HR experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, or similar role Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now Hands-on experience with onboarding, orientation, I-9 and E-Verify Experience handling employee relations Bilingual English/Spanish required SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization Position Details: Location: Cypress, TX Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 + Bonus 100% In Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Excellent Benefits If you’re an HR professional with strong ADP Workforce Now, onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, and employee relations experience, and you’re looking for an opportunity to grow with a successful company, I’d love to hear from you!
