Key Responsibilities Work with cross-functional teams to capture capability needs and develop solutions. Create and maintain requirements, business vision, and UI designs. Support testing, defect management, and ensure compliance with standards. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years in Information Systems or Technology. Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code or Google Gemini preferred. Optional certifications: ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, PMP, AI Certification. This role may involve occasional travel and can be performed remotely or in-office.
