Position Overview Thecreative content creatorwill focus primarily on Creativeidea development. Contentproduction. Working with the Social Manager to execute on social channels. In this role, you need to makethe creativeideas come to life. We want you to look outsideofthe box and develop content ideas that feel disruptive,fresh, emotionally compelling, and highly shareableand highly performant.Produce this content, testitand post it on our channels.You are not responsible for daily posting, community management, scheduling, or platform management. Key Responsibilities CreativeIdeaDevelopment Develop out-of-the-box content ideasthat blow us awayanddesigned to generateviewsand shares on TikTok andInstagram. Create content ideas that are on brand. Translatecomplex and boringsupplement education into engaging, entertaining, and visually compelling concepts. Thinks beyond traditional marketingcampaigns. Pitch new creative concepts weekly. Content Production Work with the Social Media manager and coordinator to bring concepts to life. Create detailed creative briefs,mood boards, shot lists, hooks, and storytelling directions. Organize the shoot: source talent/ creators/ influencers. Lead the shoot with the sourced talent. Edit the content from the shoot. Test the content so that the hooks areoptimizedforminimumdrop-off, thisusing trail reels/cilaapp. Execution Adapt the content to be suited for theappropriate channelbeing either TikTok or Instagram. Post the content. Report on content performance. Learn for performance and adapt future content accordingly. Analysis You are native on Instagram and TikTok and understand the mechanisms to go viral, create the right hooks. Identifyemerging social trends, creative formats, creator behaviors, and consumer conversations before they become mainstream. Spot viral formats that can be used forBiosil. Research and present trend insights, creative references, and competitive analysis monthly. You analyze the content performance andtake actionaccordingly to improve.
