## Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Bardstown, KY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process by utilizing your welding expertise to create high-quality metal components. ## Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment for production tasks.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.

• Utilize tape measures and other tools to ensure accurate measurements.

• Perform MIG and Stick welding to fabricate metal components.

• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

  Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator, with expertise in MIG and Stick welding.

• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Proficient in tape measure reading and other measurement tools.

• Knowledge of welding setups for production processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
