Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional targets
• Deliver Therapeutic Treatments: Implement evidence-based therapies designed to enhance patients' physical skills, cognitive functions, and day-to-day living tasks
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide integrated, well-rounded care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers about therapy practices to facilitate continued progress at home
• Track and Adjust: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring patients remain aligned with their goals

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Motivation for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and endorsed

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
