About the Role As Assistant Store Manager, you are the co‑pilot of the New York City store — a key leader on the floor and a trusted partner to the Store Manager. You will help drive daily performance, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting all operational and people‑management functions of the store. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in premium retail environments, leads with emotional intelligence, and is excited to support a growing international brand during a pivotal moment of U.S. expansion.
