Cashier / Bartender – DeSano Pizzeria (Bellevue)

DeSano Pizzeria's Bellevue location is hiring!

We are a high-volume authentic Napoletana pizza concept committed to using high-quality ingredients to create exceptional pizzas from scratch. We're looking for energetic, customer-focused Cashier/Bartenders who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Job Summary

As a Cashier/Bartender, you will be responsible for taking guest orders, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring every guest receives friendly and efficient service. Experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are most important.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders
• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and select cocktails
• Make beverage recommendations and provide excellent customer service
• Verify legal drinking age and follow all state and federal alcohol service laws
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and front-of-house areas
• Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and service items as needed
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and mopping
• Ensure smooth and accurate handoff of guest orders
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, bartending, or customer service is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and bar operations is a plus
• Mixology or hospitality certifications are welcomed but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong time management and teamwork abilities
• Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages

Schedule

• Full-time and Part-time positions available
• Night shift availability required
• Day shift availability preferred
