Shasta Regional Medical Center delivers patient-centered healthcare with compassion, dignity and respect for every patient and their family.ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Human Resources formulates and supervises programs relative to selection, training, promotion, welfare, and other employer/employee relationships. Interviews job applicants; develops personnel record forms; adjusts disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs. Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.QualificationsBachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. 3 Years of related healthcare experience required. Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; current personnel practices and techniques, including review techniques; training methods; and job analysis. Familiar with the labor market, laws, wage and hour regulations, and ERISA guidelines preferred. Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour required. Familiar with Joint Commission and HFAP standards.Pay TransparencyShasta Regional Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $72,800.00 to $92,664.00 on an annualized basis.
