Occupational Therapist, PRN

Role Overview: The Occupational Therapist in Home Health assesses and evaluates patients' functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor skills, home environment, and adaptive equipment needs, providing care within the scope of practice and in coordination with the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and develop therapy plans in consultation with physicians. Evaluate functional abilities and document patient progress for compliance. Observe and report patient responses and condition changes to supervisors and physicians. Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs in diverse home settings. Ensure services adhere to state laws and practice standards. Qualifications & Skills Current Occupational Therapy license in the practice state. Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or reliable transportation. Preferred: CPR certification, multitasking ability, independence, strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
