Machine Operator Pay: $17.20/hour Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 3rd Shift Available Job Summary We are hiring Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. No experience is required—paid training is provided. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or general labor. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Operate production equipment and machinery safely Load and unload materials into machines Monitor machine performance and perform basic adjustments Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards Use measuring tools such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers Complete production documentation Maintain a clean and safe work area Meet daily production goals while following all safety procedures Qualifications No previous machine operator experience required—paid training provided Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or assembly experience is a plus Basic computer and math skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
