Market Manager, Community Partnerships
Housing Connector
Housing Connector seeks a Market Manager, Community Partnerships to lead regional growth and deepen relationships across property owners, service providers, and community partners. In this role, you will expand our housing network, negotiate partnership agreements, and support implementation of technology-enabled solutions that unlock homes for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. You will analyze market data, identify gaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results. Ideal candidates bring nonprofit, housing, or community development experience and excel at stakeholder management, outreach, and strategic execution.
